News and AnnouncementsSouthwest Indiana AHEC Announces Summer Health Career Camps Jasper Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center and Vincennes University Jasper Campus will host a summer health careers camp experience in Jasper, Indiana, for high school students. Youth who will be sophomores or juniors in fall 2013 are eligible to apply. The non-residential camp will be July 24, 25, & 26. More information and the application can be found here The deadline for applications is May 18, 2013. Spaces are limited. Evansville The SWI-AHEC Health Careers Camp - 2013 will offer presentations, hands-on activities, field trip(s), and other activities to provide the participants with insights into health careers, as well as postsecondary education. The camp is a three-day (non-residential) experience scheduled for June 17, 18, and 19. Participants must be high school students in fall 2013. Spaces are limited, and applications are due no later than April 26, 2013. Download application packet here.
