Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society
The USI Nursing Honor Society was approved for chartering as a chapter of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing in December 1997 at the
Biennial Convention held in Indianapolis.
The charter was formally presented at a
ceremony held May 14, 1998 in Carter Hall on the USI campus.
