International Public Health Administration and Economics

This course explores how public health systems work and how they are financed in various countries and cultures around the world. The purpose of this course is to compare and contrast public/private healthcare in developed and developing countries. The global health economic burden will be analyzed and discussed at both the microeconomic and macroeconomic levels. Additionally, students will visit healthcare settings in Western Europe. Program fee includes tuition & fees, housing, and excursions (including trip to Berlin).
Optional cultural trips are also available to Paris and London during free weekends.

Scholarships are available and financial aid can be used to cover most costs (except for food and some travel).
