If the examinations for this course are not offered online, you may need to seek a proctor to administer your test materials to you. Please use a proctor who is either a teacher or a librarian. This service is usually a professional service at no cost. The instructor will mail the tests to the proctor with a self-addressed, postage paid envelope. Grades will be posted through email or as deemed appropriate by the instructor. Please use the USI Exam Proctor Information Form to print out and fill in the necessary information to give to your instructor.
