SHN provides health information to enhance the decision making process for people fighting chronic illnesses. Topics covered by the site include asthma, breast cancer, depression, diabetes, FMS and CFIDS, heart disease, obesity, and prostate cancer.

 

The Center for Case Management's Case Management Community
This site allows members of the Center for Case Management to access newsletters and participate in discussions concerning case management issues. Non-members can sample an abridged version of the current newsletter, look at a listing of past issues, and apply for Center membership online.
