Subject: Patient Education Opportunities for the New CoaguChek XS System

Tapestry Medical is seeking experienced healthcare professionals interesting participate in the growth of an emerging care modality – home PT/INR monitoring using the new CoaguChek XS System. Our objective is to ensure that Tapestry Medical’s face-to-face training model continues to be the “gold standard” for patient self-testing.

As a Tapestry Trainer you will be responsible for educating patients in the care and use of the CoaguChek XS system according well-defined guidelines to ensure patient success and ongoing compliance. Trainings typically take place in the patient’s home in order to replicate the patient’s normal self-testing environment. Tapestry Medical has developed a very attractive compensation program that allows you to help patients learn this important care modality without interfering with your full-time responsibilities.

We pay a very competitive flat rate per training plus a travel allowance. We expect that most training sessions will require no more than 90 minutes with the patient who will typically from your general geographic area. In addition, exclusive trainers who have successfully completed USI’s Anticoagulation Therapy Management program will be eligible for a one-time $500.00 bonus.
