Food and Nutrition students produce community education videos as service learning project

Dr. Julie McCullough's FDNUTR 465 students piloted video as a community education tool this semester, producing videos which target USI's student population, focusing on the importance of proper nutrition and good eating habits while living as a full time student.

Each video is less than 10 minutes long, and covers topics important to students, such as what foods at the grocery store are most nutritious, how to cook with a microwave oven in an on-campus apartment, and how to select foods for balanced meals in the campus dining hall.
